Quick overview
Bringing Gippsland craftsmanship online through a service-led website and project portfolio.
The project brings service information, craftsmanship, and regional visibility into one website that supports more informed client conversations.
The business and the brief
Introduction
RRR Bricklaying provides bricklaying, paving, and stonemasonry across Gippsland and the Bass Coast. The business needed its online presence to communicate the same attention to detail as its completed work. We developed a website and visual identity that connect services with project examples, explain the areas served, and make the next step clear for homeowners, builders, and commercial clients.
Homeowners and builders assess a trade business through the work it can show as well as the services it describes. The project therefore centred on making regional craftsmanship easier to evaluate online, with a portfolio and enquiry journey that work together rather than operating as separate parts of the website.
What needed to change
The challenge
- The existing online presence did not give prospective clients a clear picture of the services and workmanship available.
- Completed projects needed a more useful presentation across desktop and mobile.
- Local discovery and enquiry paths needed to work together rather than leaving visitors to search for contact details.
Our approach · 01
Letting the work establish credibility
We built the portfolio around bricklaying, paving, and stonemasonry examples so prospective clients can explore relevant work. A consistent visual identity and restrained layout keep attention on the detail and finish of each project.
The portfolio gives a prospective client a way to judge whether the team’s experience matches the work they have in mind. Organising it around the service offer also gives imagery a clear purpose. Visitors can connect a project example with a relevant capability instead of browsing a collection without context.

Our approach · 02
Creating a straightforward quote journey
Service information leads naturally into calls and enquiries. The contact flow helps residential and commercial clients describe their requirements, connecting the inspiration of the project gallery with a practical next step.
An effective trade enquiry needs to connect the customer’s requirements with the right conversation. We kept the path from service pages and project examples to contact straightforward. This helps the website serve customers at different stages, whether they are comparing contractors or ready to discuss a specific job.

Our approach · 03
Building a regional search foundation
The content addresses bricklaying and stonemasonry in Leongatha, Gippsland, and the Bass Coast. Responsive layouts, page performance work, and Google Business setup support a coherent experience from local discovery through to contact.
Regional relevance is more useful when it is reflected in the actual content of a page. The search approach connects services with the areas the business covers, while the mobile experience keeps project imagery and contact options accessible to visitors researching from a phone.
