Quick overview
One cleaning brand, two local websites for customers in Sydney and Auckland.
TSA now has a coordinated website presence with distinct local entry points for its Australian and New Zealand customers.
The business and the brief
Introduction
TSA Cleaning Services needed to launch a coherent digital presence for residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning in Australia and New Zealand. The challenge was to build a recognisable brand while keeping service information relevant to each market. We developed two websites with shared design principles, local content, and clear quote journeys for customers in Sydney and Auckland.
The two websites needed to feel like parts of the same business while answering different local questions. A customer in Auckland should not have to interpret Sydney information to decide whether the service applies to them. That distinction informed the content structure, contact routes, and local search work.
What needed to change
The challenge
- A new brand needed a consistent identity across two countries without making either website feel generic.
- Customers needed to find the right services and confirm local coverage before requesting a quote.
- Search content, contact details, and business profiles needed to reflect the appropriate market.
Our approach · 01
Establishing a shared brand foundation
We created a consistent visual identity and website approach for both markets. Common design patterns make the brand recognisable, while the content introduces residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning in an accessible way.
A shared identity provides continuity, but it should not make every page identical. The design establishes common visual rules so each market can present its own service information without appearing disconnected from the wider brand. This creates a more coherent starting point for communicating across both countries.

Our approach · 02
Making each market locally relevant
The Australian and New Zealand websites use region-specific service information and search content. Local area information, maps, and Google Business profiles help customers connect the brand with the place where they need cleaning.
Localisation extends beyond changing a place name. Service coverage, maps, contact information, and search content need to point to the relevant operation. Keeping those elements aligned helps visitors understand which website they are using and how to contact the team responsible for their area.

Our approach · 03
Connecting service discovery with quote requests
Clear navigation and quote forms guide visitors towards the appropriate enquiry. Responsive layouts and performance optimisation support that flow across devices, with supporting content that answers service questions before contact.
The enquiry journey follows the service categories rather than making customers navigate the business’s cross-country structure. Clear forms and calls to action connect a local service question with an appropriate contact route. The responsive design supports that same experience whether someone is researching at home or on their phone.
