Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organisation, optional phone number, selected service, budget, timeline and project description. If you choose a package, its name accompanies the enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal data through this form.

How enquiries are used

We use enquiry details to review your request, respond and prepare a possible proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or purchase a service. We do not collect payment-card information through this website.

Form delivery and service providers

The form submits to this website’s server. When email delivery is configured, it sends the enquiry through Resend to the business’s configured email recipient. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. If email delivery is not configured, use the published contact email. Provider arrangements and processing locations must be confirmed in any project data-processing agreement.

Google Analytics

The website includes a Google Analytics tag, measurement ID G-J08KLQLX0S. When the tag runs and collection is permitted by browser settings and any applicable consent controls, Google may process usage information such as page views, device/browser information, referral information and cookie identifiers. This is used to understand website usage. Do not include personal information in URLs or form fields intended for analytics. See how Google uses information from sites using its services. Project information and confidentiality

Access to customer databases, analytics, campaign audiences or other project data needs a separately agreed scope, permissions and security arrangements. Our service confidentiality and data-processing terms describe what must be agreed before that access.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information should be kept only as needed to respond, manage a resulting engagement and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
